Step 2: Basic Information
Fill in the following fields:
Agent Name
Enter a name for your AI agent (e.g., "Maya", "Alex", "Support Bot"). This is how your community will know your agent.
Primary Role
Select your agent's primary function from the dropdown:
Support Agent — Customer support and FAQ handling
Community Manager — Community moderation and engagement
Lead Generation — User qualification and lead capture
Sales Agent — Demo booking and conversion
Or select a role that matches your needs
Brand URL (Optional)
Paste your website URL. EngageOS will automatically extract brand details, tone, and information from your site to personalize your agent.
Example: https://yourproject.com
Brand Details (Optional)
Provide a 2-3 line description of what your brand/project does. This helps the AI understand your mission and communicate authentically.
Example: "We're a DeFi protocol enabling decentralized trading with zero fees. Our mission is to democratize access to financial markets."
Additional Instructions (Optional)
Add specific instructions or guardrails for your agent's behavior. Leave blank if you don't have specific requirements.
Example: "Always mention wallet security best practices. Escalate any security concerns to the human team immediately."
Step 3: Generate Persona
Click the Generate button.
EngageOS will automatically create a unique AI persona based on your brand details and role. This includes:
Brand voice and tone
Communication style
Default behaviors and guardrails
Channel-specific optimizations
Do nothing while the persona is being generated. This takes a few seconds.

Step 4: Continue
Once your persona is generated, you'll see it populated in the Persona section showing:
[IDENTITY] — How your agent introduces itself
[CONTEXT] — Background and mission information
Any other persona details
