  Yes. Based on plan, you can create agents with different Business Actions.

• Can I create more than one knowledge base?

  Yes, For you can upload multiple files and urls

• What are Business Actions? Business Actions let your agent perform specific actions when an action is detected, like sharing meeting link for partnerships.

• What counts as an "Credit" Any message sent by the AI agent is considered as a credit

• Do you support custom branding? Yes

• Can EngageOS integrate with external systems? Currently we support Webhooks. Soon opening to other channels
