How Users Interact with Your Agent

Direct Chat: Users can message your agent directly on Telegram anytime.

Group Chat:

  • Add your bot to a Telegram group

  • Users must tag the agent (@agentName) to get a response

  • Example: "@Maya_EngageOS_bot What's the whitelist process?"

Escalation: Complex queries are automatically tagged to your escalation account (@username).

Done! Your agent is now live on Telegram. 🚀
